Position Summary
The Technician B will work with a team of researchers at the Taub Institute for Research on Alzheimer's Disease and the Aging Brain. The selected candidate will participate in an NIH-funded research project focused on biomarker discovery and development. This is a 1-year grant-funded position, with the opportunity of appointment extension. The candidate should be detail oriented and able to multi task. Basic skills required include data entry, and knowledge in biology and/or biochemistry. The successful candidate must have the following experience in lab research: Mouse handling and colony management, and BCA/ELISA assays. Good hands (precise pipetting), strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and generating reproducible results are essential.
