Columbia University Irving Medical Center (CUIMC) is a clinical, research, educational and community service enterprise with its central location in the Washington Heights neighborhood of New York.

CUIMC is comprised of four schools which provide leadership in scientific research, best-in-class healthcare, and compassionate patient care. They are: Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, the School of Nursing, Mailman School of Public Health, and the College of Dental Medicine. It is also affiliated with NewYork-Presbyterian (NYP) and the New York State Psychiatric Institute. Faculty, staff, and students are at locations throughout the New York metropolitan area and beyond.
