Position Summary
The Clinical Research Coordinator will contribute to research studies focused on lung disease within the Department of Medicine. This individual will play a key role in assisting the Principal Investigator (PI) with the planning and implementation of a new biorepository. The primary objective of this initiative is to establish a comprehensive collection of biological samples from patients under the care of Pulmonary, Allergy, and Critical Care physicians to support future research endeavors, including NIH and industry-sponsored studies. Responsibilities include assisting with participant recruitment, conducting study visits, collecting biological samples, and ensuring the meticulous maintenance of accurate and detailed study data. The successful candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, demonstrate proficiency in maintaining precise records, and exhibit a professional and empathetic demeanor when interacting with patients.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, physics or related science.
