Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Board Relations and Stewardship, the Associate Director, Board Relations and Executive Support is responsible for supporting the administrative needs of the Vice Dean, Development and Alumni Relations (DAR), the Director of Board Relations and Stewardship, and the Board of Columbia Business School (CBS).
This role requires exceptional organizational and problem solving skills, sound independent judgement and a proactive approach to a complex work environment. This individual must exercise strong communication abilities, and a high degree of discretion and professionalism. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient operation of the Vice Dean's office and the smooth functioning of the broader team, contributing directly to the department's success in achieving its fundraising and engagement goals. This individual will meet the core and partnership values of teamwork, integrity, accountability, and respect.

Responsibilities
I. Administrative Support to the Vice Dean (Approx. 55%)
II. Support for the Executive Director, Board Relations and Stewardship and the Columbia Business School Board (Approx. 35%)
III. Office Management for Development & Alumni Relations (Approx. 10%).
