Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Degree Marketing, Degree Programs, and working closely with the Sr. Associate Dean of Enrollment Management, the Senior Associate Director, Degree Marketing & Analytics plays a pivotal technical and analytical role at Columbia Business School. The Senior Associate Director oversees enrollment data reporting and data strategy and contributes to achieving enrollment goals by helping to attract and admit a high-caliber, diverse student body that reflects the School’s values and academic standards.
In this role, the Senior Associate Director serves as the primary steward of enrollment data infrastructure and analytics at CBS, owning the design and maintenance of reporting systems, dashboards, and attribution frameworks that inform recruitment and yield strategy across all degree programs. The ideal candidate brings a strong command of CRM platforms and data tools, a sharp instinct for translating complex data into actionable insight, and the ability to work fluidly across a matrixed organization with senior stakeholders, admissions leadership, and technical teams alike.
