Position Summary
Following established kitchen standards and recipes, policies of Columbia University restaurants and management, and health and safety regulations, the rounds person is responsible for the preparation and production of all foods in all areas of the kitchen.
Reporting to Chef de Cuisine, the rounds person prepares food for events and the pop-up dining locations on the Morningside Campus.
