Position Summary

The Research Associate will support laboratory projects by maintaining mammalian cell lines and applying both experimental and computational techniques to study cellular and receptor behavior.


Responsibilities

  • Initiate, culture & maintain mammalian cell lines under sterile conditions
  • Perform routine cell culture tasks, including passaging, freezing and thawing
  • Monitor cell health. Growth and morphology to ensure experimental readiness
  • Apply computational and laboratory-based technologies to model cell and receptor behavior
  • Maintain accurate records of cell line usage, conditions, and results
  • Collaborate with lab members to ensure smooth workflow and resource sharing

Minimum Qualifications

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in mammalian cell culture and aseptic technique required
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
