The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
Position Summary
The purpose of this position is to manage the research and grant activities related to R01MH133569 in accordance with the requirements of Columbia University and the NIMH.
Responsibilities
- Maintain effective referral and clinical information procedures and support referrals to local resources post assessment
- Data coordination and Project Management
- Liaison with each of the participating AMP-SCZ clinics
- Monitor achievement of grant implementation milestones, coordinate team activities, and lead and create agendas for meetings and participate in the Writing grant reports, of manuscripts, conference abstracts, and other submissions.
- Lead all aspects related to participant recruitment, consent, and reimbursement
- Prepare and modify documents related to research activities, including progress reports and IRB submissions.
- Performs related duties & responsibilities as assigned/requested.
Minimum Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NIMH funded clinical trials.
- Experience collaborating with national research networks.
- Experience with Qualtrics, REDCap, SPSS.
- The successful candidate will possess a high level of initiative, clear communication skills, leadership experience, and a high degree of organization.
- The successful candidate will possess the ability to anticipate obstacles, problem-solver, and manage multiple competing tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Other Requirements
- Must successfully complete all online systems training requirements.
- Strong writing and analytic skills are required.
- Ability to make and carry out decisions independently, dedicated to team building and collaboration, and collaborate and manage partnerships with various stakeholders.
- Must have experience with research and research training, including literature reviews, protocol development, survey development, data collection, database management, preliminary data analyses, and IRB submissions.
