Position Summary
The Center for Justice (CFJ) at the Columbia University School of Social Work is seeking a Program Coordinator to support our leadership development initiatives, including the Collective Leadership Institute (CLI) and the Beyond the Bars Fellowship (BTBF) programs. Reporting to the Program Manager, the Program Coordinator will assist in the development and implementation of various projects to ensure progress toward the Center’s goals. The Program Coordinator will provide operational support to the annual Beyond the Bars Conference and to the Center’s Co-Director, as needed. The incumbent will also collaborate with the Program Manager and other program staff in the development and implementation of training, events and other projects that arise.
THIS IS A FULLY GRANT-FUNDED POSITION. CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTINUED SUFFICIENT FUNDING.
Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent and a minimum of 0-2 years of related work experience.
