Position Summary
The Department of Pediatrics is seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker to join our team in a full-time position to work within our Central Administration Team. Columbia University Irving Medical Center’s Department of Pediatrics is a world leader in providing care for children. Our mission areas include Healthcare, Education and Research. This position will support the department by providing clinical support to multi-specialties working as part of our Central Administration team under our Ambulatory Operations team in our new Center of Excellence at 1111 Westchester Avenue, White Plains, New York.

Responsibilities
The Pediatric Licensed Master Social Worker will be dedicated to enhancing the well-being of children and their families. This job demands a unique blend of empathy, clinical skills, and an in-depth understanding of child development and family dynamics.

| Licensed Clinical Social Worker | New York | Columbia Health | Reporting to the Senior Social Worker, this position will promote the psychological well-being of the Columbia student body by performing consultation, liaison, case management, direct clinical services and other related functions to the general patient population of Counseling and Psychological Services. This will include comprehensive case management for high-risk students and/or students with complex psychosocial circumstances as they transition through different levels of mental health care which may include hospitalization, residential treatment program, day treatment program, and ongoing outpatient treatment. |
