Position Summary
Reporting directly to the Clinical Director and Division Administrator, the Clinical Coordinator II (RN II), assists physicians with patient care, health education/promotion, electronic medical record (EMR) chart management, coordination of patient care, and clinical protocols as needed. These duties include, but are not limited to, medication/immunization administration, point of care testing (POCT), clinical information abstraction, and patient education that can be in person, via our patient portal, or by phone. This ambulatory nursing position supports our pediatric and adult patients across multiple outpatient sites. The Clinical Coordinator II (RN II) will work closely with multiple providers as well as other clinical and administrative staff to deliver an excellent patient experience that contributes to positive health outcomes for patients and a work culture that represents our values.
