Position Summary

The School of Nursing is searching for a Research Associate to provide support for federally and non-federally funded projects focusing on machine learning approaches to brain-behavior relationships.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

•  Assist with data cleaning and generate master database using and/or revising existing pipeline

• Assist with data analysis using novel machine learning and artificial intelligence approaches to address real-world problems under supervision

• Generate tables and plots using and/or revising existing data visualization pipelines

• Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations

• Support analytical tasks related to grant applications and proposals

• Contribute to manuscript preparation

• Performing other related duties as assigned

This is a grant-funded position, and employment is contingent upon continued funding.

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience, plus one (1) years of related experience.
• The successful incumbent will possess computer fluency in R and Python.
• They will have the ability to organize and perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

•  Master’s Degree preferred
