Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Leasing Operations, the Assistant Director of Student Leasing Operations is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the comprehensive management of housing services for graduate students, General Studies students, and other affiliated student populations. The Assistant Director ensures the efficient operation of housing applications, assignments, transfers, and renewals, while also developing and enforcing housing policies and processes. The Assistant Director collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimize student housing allocation, ensure compliance, and enhance the overall resident experience.

The position works as a peer and collaborator alongside all professional staff to ensure consistent coverage, service continuity, and operational excellence, while receiving functional guidance appropriate to each area of work. Housing works closely with Residential Life, Facilities, Public Safety, and other campus partners to provide coordinated, student-centered services. |
