Position Summary
The Technician B will work with a team of researchers at the Taub Institute for Research on Alzheimer's Disease and the Aging Brain. The selected candidate will participate in an NIH-funded research project focus on biomarker discovery and development. This is a 1-year grant-funded position, with the opportunity of appointment extension. The candidate should be detail oriented and able to multi task. Basic skills required include data entry, and knowledge in biology and/or biochemistry. The successful candidate should have some experience in lab research, performing BCA/ELISA and generating reproducible results under the guidance of a senior scientist or lab manager. Good hands (precise pipetting), organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail are essential.
