The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. Position Summary

Reporting to and working under the guidance of the Director for Quality Improvement and Regulatory Compliance, the CS-Administrative Assistant will have the opportunity to work directly with ColumbiaDoctors leadership and staff throughout the organization. The selected candidate will gain valuable experience in healthcare quality and exposure to a variety of departments throughout the faculty practice.


Responsibilities

The CS-Administrative Assistant will support FPO operations/quality activities and work on strategic operational projects through:

Quality Improvement and Regulatory Compliance

  • Assisting in the delivery of quality improvement and regulatory compliance administrative activities.
  • Utilizing performance improvement tools for both quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis.
  • Researching related evidence-based literature and recent regulatory guidelines/standards for distribution to and use of program stakeholders.
  • Producing print and audiovisual presentations; as well as communications necessary for departmental and committee meetings.
  • Participate in the creation of standardized forms and documents for consistency throughout FPO practices.
  • Other special projects as assigned.

Operations

  • Attend tracer site visits, mock surveys, and assist with corrective action plans to mitigate deficiencies and decrease organizational risk.
  • Assist with data visualization to support strategic goals.

People

  • Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with organizational leadership, stakeholders, staff, and its affiliates.
  • Demonstrates self-development and keeps current on a variety of quality improvement and healthcare topics.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned/requested.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must be computer and internet literate, with knowledge of EMR systems preferred.
  • Strong experience in MS Project, Office, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Candidate must be dependable, detail-oriented, effective team player with a strong service-minded work ethic.
  • Must possess strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral skills.
  • Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and diplomacy at all times.
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
