Position Summary
The Department of Biomedical Informatics is seeking a dedicated Research Associate with a strong work ethic and excellent computational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will contribute to research activities, support R&D initiatives, and participate in collaborative projects within Dr. Weng’s lab. Working under Dr. Weng’s direction, the Research Associate will engage with a diverse, interdisciplinary team of experts spanning medicine, informatics, engineering, nursing, and ethics.
Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
Requires bachelor’s degree in computer science, plus two years of research experience
Must demonstrate successful completion of projects of significant scope and complexity, possess the ability and willingness to work efficiently with faculty, users and staff and perform multiple tasks with competing deadlines. Good judgment and communication skills are essential.
