Position Summary
Reporting to the CUIMC Associate Director, the Payroll Analyst I will be responsible for end-to-end processing of hiring documents, subsequent personnel, and payroll transactions. Includes reviewing of transactions for completeness, accuracy and conformity with union, university and governmental policy and regulations; investigates and resolves routine payroll issues and interact with schools, departments, CUIMC HR, Office of Faculty Affairs and HRPC for resolution.
Responsibilities
End to end payroll processing
Enter TBH new hires for Central officers and faculty
Review all transactions processed by the Schools and departments for approvals, supporting documentation, completeness and accuracy for the Academic officers, officers of administrations, biweekly support staff and weekly staff
Assist with the data entry, tracking and review of Ad Comp
Assist with Service Now requests for stop payments, pay corrections & recovery
Assist with month & year-end processing
Dealing with payroll queries from employees
Assist with copying, bursting, and electronic submission of payroll transactions
Perform other duties or special projects as required or assigned
