Position Summary

The Departments of Neurology and Epidemiology, is seeking a Student Casuals to support research projects within the Adult Changes in Thought Study focused on brain health in older adulthood. The selected candidate will contribute to research examining the relationship between life course social and health exposures and cognitive and neurological outcomes in later life. This position offers an opportunity to engage in epidemiologic research in a collaborative academic environment.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct literature reviews and summarize relevant scientific findings.
  • Assist with data cleaning, management, and preparation of datasets.
  • Support statistical analysis using R.
  • Contribute to research projects examining social and health determinants of brain health in older adults.
  • Collaborate with the research team to support ongoing study objectives and deliverables.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned/requested.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced skills in R.
