Position Summary
Under the direction of the ICAP Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Director of Operations addresses specific policy, operational, programmatic and management requirements of the organization. She/he leads the design, implementation and troubleshooting of organization-wide operational systems and enhancements to optimize the responsiveness, efficiency and effectiveness of workflows and processes, leading to improved compliance performance. The role directly manages all requirements for leases, agreements, MOUs and organizational registrations, in close consultation with legal counsel, oversees all PEPFAR Expenditure Reporting, and supports ICAP’s regional hub office in South Africa. The Director of Operations manages a team of staff focused on operations, analytics and reporting.
