Position Summary
The Course Operations Manager coordinates and facilitates the successful delivery of online programs and learning experiences at Columbia Video Network (CVN), the online department at the School of Engineering and Applied Science, Columbia University. The incumbent manages day-to-day operations related to student and faculty support. The incumbent oversees seamless online course delivery, various technologies, platforms, and applications related to online teaching and learning. The incumbent develops, analyzes, and maintains data-driven processes and reports for course and program success. This position offers a unique opportunity to help shape the future of online programs, strengthening Columbia’s position as a global leader in the online education space.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the incumbent is responsible for developing and implementing detailed student support plans and documentation that enhance learning experiences in various learning modalities. Tracks and reports progress for assigned projects.
