Position Summary
The Department of Neurology at the Columbia University Irving Medical Center is looking for an experienced and energetic Clinical Research Coordinator I to work in Dr. Jose Gutierrez's lab in a neuroimaging, large-scale data processing, computational mechanics, and machine learning.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include Pathology and MRI imaging data acquisition and analysis, data quality control, neuroimaging software development, and regular contribution to academic publications for studies related to stroke and neurodegeneration. The Clinical Research Coordinator I will be the point person for multiple research projects and help establish, track, oversee, and monitor neuroimaging acquisition protocols, data transfer, and data accounting. They will work under PI supervision both collaboratively and independently in the integration of neuroimaging and behavioral data to investigate the potential roles of cerebrovascular disease.
Minimum Qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience, plus three years of related experience.
