Position Summary
The temporary Classroom Resources Coordinator is responsible for managing the usage of Columbia University Irving Medical Center classrooms for academic and non-academic activities, as well as maintaining and managing CUIMC student locker assignments. The Classroom Resources Coordinator is the first point of contact for all central classroom scheduling requests and acts as a liaison between academic schedulers, event planners, and University partners to ensure efficient space utilization.

Reporting to the Senior Associate Director, Academic Advising and Student Success the Program Coordinator provides administrative support to the Office of Student Affairs. The Program Coordinator serves as the greeter for all students and other guests to the Office of Students Affairs. The incumbent implements policies and procedures to reach operational goals; exercises good judgment, decorum and discretion in communications with all levels of the University Faculty, administrators, students, and external constituents, as appropriate. The Program Coordinator assists with the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including assisting students with questions and concerns. The Program Coordinator will also assist on special projects as needed. |
