The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Position Summary

The Advisor to the Executive Vice President for Research (Advisor) will undertake such projects that the Executive Vice President for Research (EVPR) believes would be beneficial to the Office of the EVPR and its operating units. The position is part-time and reports directly to the EVPR.  


Responsibilities

  • Assist the EVPR in managing ORID and EVPR Research Funds until a successor in place.
  • Assist the new Associate Vice President for the Office of Research Initiatives and Development in the transition to his or her new role.
  • Assume such other responsibilities as directed by the EVPR.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of related work experience.
