Position Summary
Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid at the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation (GSAPP), the Admissions Officer maintains and updates digital platforms and databases serving the Admissions Office of the school with approximately 750 students. The position supports GSAPP’s recruitment and enrollment efforts, including communications with prospective and admitted students, planning and hosting of recruiting events and online information sessions, and preparation of written materials, including newsletters and website updates. The position supports applicants and admitted students during the application and enrollment cycle, responding to calls, written inquiries, and in-person visits, ensuring timely and accurate responses and information sharing. The position tracks interactions and applicant data integrity, maintains consistency in data management, and updates related to online platforms and website pages as needed.
