Position Summary
The AlQuraishi Lab in the Department of Systems Biology is seeking a full-time, temporary Research Associate to support computational biology research under the direction of Dr. Mohammed AlQuraishi. This role involves developing and maintaining scientific software (Python, C/C++), running and managing large-scale simulations on high-performance computing systems, and organizing and analyzing structural biology datasets. The Research Associate will also contribute to machine learning–driven modeling efforts, assist with manuscript preparation, and collaborate closely with lab members on interdisciplinary projects at the intersection of mathematics, computational biology, and machine learning.
