Position Summary
Reporting to the Senior Director, Population Health, the Population Health Program Coordinator will provide administrative, financial, and operational support for the Population Health unit. This role assists with program coordination, reporting, and finance-related tasks such as reconciling checks, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records. The coordinator ensures smooth program operations that improve support organizational quality and care initiatives.
