The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. Position Summary

The Print Shop Operations and Delivery Associate ensure the smooth movement of jobs through every stage of the production workflow, from receiving and finishing to preparing for delivery. By performing essential functions such as delivering, completing finishing tasks, and supporting high-volume fulfillment work, this work directly sustains the department's ability to meet campus-wide demand. 


Responsibilities

  • Pick up and deliver packages and print orders across campuses using foot or vehicle, while updating delivery status through tracking software
  • Perform print finishing and bindery tasks, such as cutting business cards, mounting posters, laminating, punching, and other product-related finishing work
  • Package completed orders and prepare them for delivery
  • Support fulfillment and mailing projects, including mail preparation, shipping tasks, and folder/letter-stuffing jobs
  • Install simple window and wall graphics, along with other basic wide-format materials such as small decals, posters, and mounted prints

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required 
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move packages and print materials (Up to 50 lbs.) 
  • Must have a valid NY State Drivers License
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to operate basic print-finishing equipment (training provided)
  • Comfortable using computers, mobile apps, and tracking software
  • Able to work overtime and various shifts as needed
