Position Summary

Responsibilities

The Non-Student Short Term Casual will conduct semi-structured virtual interviews with 30 physician leaders working in emergency department settings. Responsibilities include coordinating interview schedules, conducting interviews, reviewing and cleaning interview transcripts, and summarizing key themes from the interview data. Will lead a literature review on emergency department physician leadership to support the development of a peer-reviewed manuscript based on the interview findings.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience analyzing simple survey data would be useful.
