Position Summary
Under the guidance of the Director, Exam Accommodations and in compliance with ADA, Section 504, and Section 508 of the Federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973, this position manages exam accommodations for eligible students with disabilities, including but not limited to test administration, proctoring services, note-taking services, and other academic and classroom accommodations. The incumbent manages the proctoring of academic exams for students with approved accommodations (the department administers more than 9,000 exams annually) as well as manages other academic and classroom accommodations, such as lab assistants for qualified students. The Manager of Exam Accommodations is responsible for ensuring procedural compliance and integrity of the student and the testing program standards.
This is an essential onsite role that requires occasional weekend and late evening hours during time of peak operational volume. Limited hybrid work arrangements may be considered during winter and summer periods, subject to operational needs. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
The work schedule is Monday - Thursday 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Friday 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
