Position Summary
The Associate Dean of Operations & Technology sets the vision and strategy for technology, space planning, and facilities operations in support of the Mailman School’s research, education, and administrative mission. This role serves as the School’s primary advocate and liaison for IT and facilities, representing the needs of faculty, staff, and students across the University and CUIMC. The Associate Dean ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, establishes and enforces School-specific standards, and partners with leadership to develop service offerings that meet evolving needs. The role oversees day-to-day operations across technology and facilities to ensure high-quality service delivery, leads multidisciplinary teams, manages operational budgets, and collaborates with central partners to maintain secure, efficient, and well-functioning systems and spaces.
