Position Summary
We are seeking a VHO-Research Associate to support a cutting-edge project applying large language models (LLMs) in healthcare. The position involves collaborating with Columbia University faculty on data preparation, annotation, and qualitative analysis. The project focuses on analyzing nurse notes and patient–nurse conversation transcripts from home healthcare to identify clinical, behavioral, psychological, and social risk factors and document interventions that influence patient outcomes
