Position Summary
The Department of Sociomedical Sciences at the Mailman School is seeking an Office Technician B for a New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (NYC DOHMH) funded Community Health Project. Under the direction of the Project Director, and working closely with the Field Director, the person hired for this position will be responsible for documenting the studies’ data collection efforts. This will include screening recruitment documents, entering recruitment information on to the client tracking system, screening completed interview packets for completeness, and entering the information on to the client tracking system. They will also be responsible for list-based recruitment coordination and updating agency databases when new entry is required. As a data editor, responsibilities include coding and editing completed interviews to ensure quality of the data.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
