Position Summary
The Division of Developmental Neuroscience seeks a part-time Technician B candidate. The candidate will be involved in ongoing projects researching the effects of prenatal exposures to several risk factors on maternal/fetal/infant health, premature birth, and neurodevelopmental disorders or delays. The Technician B will assist the Research Project Administrator in day-to-day general lab operations, which involve but are not limited to assisting various investigators and lab members with protocol set up, maintaining ethical approvals, ordering supplies, and assisting with experimental procedures. The candidate should be proficient Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and Adobe Products. The position is ideal for those who looking to gain experience with the scientific and administrative aspects of working within research. Opportunity to increase to full-time depending on performance and funding availability.
