Position Summary

A Technician Assistant needed in the Department of Psychiatry to assist with the duties necessary to the functions of the lab and perform technical support to the lab members.

Responsibilities

• Mouse husbandry
• Perfusion and Immunohistochemistry
• Mouse behavior
• Ordering materials and supplies

Minimum Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalency certificate

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

Other Requirements

• Must successfully complete online systems training requirements
• Involved with animal care and working with materials that require refrigeration
• At least 6 months Research lab experience 
• Experience with immunohistochemistry and mouse handling
