Position Summary
The person who joins the team will be assisting in a project aimed at developing a CARTreg therapy for induction of immune tolerance in transplantation and autoimmunity. Technologies such as CRISPR modification, lentiviral transduction and humanized mouse modeling will be utilized in this project. We collaborate closely with renowned scientists and physicians across multiple departments at CUIMC spanning research in cell therapy, immunology, autoimmunity and transplantation.
