Position Summary

The responsibilities for the position include: organization of staff across projects; interfacing with administration to support laboratory supply purchases, vendor communications, and progress reporting for grants; participant interface including recruiting study participants, screening potential participants to determine eligibility, coordinating study visits, biospecimen collection, monitoring of participants in scanner, mental health screenings for participants, and administering study protocols, electronic health record data extraction, tracking and entering data into databases.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, ability to work both independently and as part of a research team, supervise individuals, and strong clinical research experience.


Responsibilities

  • Interfacing with administration to support laboratory supply purchases, vendor communications, and progress reporting for grants.
  • Managing the coordination and administration of study visit protocols (e.g., neuropsychological and behavioral assessments).
  • Ensure research visits have high fidelity, good data quality, and follow protocols.
  • Correspond with community and other laboratory partners.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience, plus four years of related experience

Other Requirements

  • Must successfully complete all online systems training requirements.
  • Ideal experience working with children and mental health.
  • Leadership experience managing a multidisciplinary team.
  • Budgetary and time management experience.
  • Clinical experience in point of care testing and biospecimen sample collection, maintaining patient safety, patient monitoring of vital signs, and adhering and understanding of clinical protocols.
