Position Summary
Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Regulatory Science (the " Associate Director") of the Clinical Trials Office (the "CTO") of Columbia University's Vagelos College of Physicians & Surgeons ("VP&S") at Columbia University Irving Medical Center ("CUIMC"), the Recruitment Application Specialist assists the Associate Director in overseeing CTO's clinical research subject recruitment application (“RecruitMe”) and other research applications. The clinical research subject recruitment application is a collaboration between the CTO and the Irving Institute for Clinical and Translational Research (the “CTSA”).
The CTO assists investigators and academic/research staff in developing clinical trials at VP&S and provides administrative resources and infrastructure to build and sustain clinical trials research at VP&S.
The Irving Institute for Clinical and Translation Research works to foster a multi-disciplinary scientific mindset to encourage collaboration between disciplines.
The successful candidate will work with Investigators and the research team in providing essential support of RecruitMe and the CTO.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in education and experience and a minimum of 4 years of related experience required.
