Position Summary
The Office for Research in the Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons is seeking a Grants Coordinator to join the Post-Award Team. Under the supervision of an Associate Director of Post-Award Finance, the Grants Coordinator will provide support for grant related post-award administrative activities in the Basic Science Departments and other participating departments at VP&S. The main responsibilities will include supporting the post-award team in financial management of sponsored accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Federal, sponsor and institutional regulations such as attestations, effort certifications, salary allocations, cost transfer requirements, etc.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience plus 2 years of related experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of sponsors and sponsor requirements
Familiarity with Columbia Systems
