Position Summary

The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide administrative support and facilitate coordination of initiatives across the enterprise,
including meeting support, faculty recruitment, and program development. The EA will help facilitate and document senior leadership
meetings, crafting, gathering feedback and sending out meeting summaries following each meeting. The incumbent will take the lead
in coordinating and organizing select conferences and events.

This position is philanthropically funded and guaranteed for one year with the likelihood of other opportunities to continue on after that. The work will by hybrid – a combination of in-person work and Zoom meetings. The position will involve working with two faculty to support their work in child psychiatry.


  • Handle all travel arrangements and expense reimbursements on behalf of the , organizing itineraries, preparing travel reimbursements, and expense reports; maintain calendar, including coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences (with strong follow up); prepare agenda, meeting materials, and communicate with meeting participants.
  • Handle all telephone calls coming into the Supervisor's office.
  • Facilitate the day-to-day administrative tasks for the Supervisor
  • Expertly liaise with senior and administrative staff members along with a wide variety of University and Hospital officials, faculty members, and external contacts. 
  • Performs related duties & responsibilities as assigned/requested.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equipment in education and experience required; 2 years related experience


Other Requirements

  • Must successfully complete online systems training requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
