Position Summary
The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide administrative support and facilitate coordination of initiatives across the enterprise,
including meeting support, faculty recruitment, and program development. The EA will help facilitate and document senior leadership
meetings, crafting, gathering feedback and sending out meeting summaries following each meeting. The incumbent will take the lead
in coordinating and organizing select conferences and events.
This position is philanthropically funded and guaranteed for one year with the likelihood of other opportunities to continue on after that. The work will by hybrid – a combination of in-person work and Zoom meetings. The position will involve working with two faculty to support their work in child psychiatry.
