Position Summary

The incumbent will use principal components pursuit and canonical correlation analyses to analyze high-dimensional exposures and outcome data. Will help develop code for R packages; conduct analyses to support investigators (PI, Fellows) in the lab. Responsible for organizing and analyzing data acquired in ongoing research studies in the lab. Other related duties as assigned.

• Consultation with trainees 25%
• Data Cleaning 15%
• Management of databases 5%
• Develop R code packages 5%

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience required; 3 years related experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Epidemiology or related field
• Experience with EEG and MRI data processing and analysis

Other Requirements

• Must successfully complete online systems training requirements 
• Prior experience with high dimensional data
• Knowledge coding and analyzing data in R or SPSS
• Strong decision-making skills and independent problem solving
• Orientation to detail with ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to handle multiple projects and interact with staff at all levels
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Self-motivated and highly organized
