Position Summary
Reporting to the Associate Director of Compensation, the Compensation Analyst provides professional guidance, coordination, and support in effectively and consistently applying administrative staff job classification and compensation administration policies and practices across Columbia University’s Morningside Campus. The Analyst administers and maintains various compensation-related data management systems and coordinates the implementation of University-wide compensation programs and initiatives. As appropriate, the incumbent will provide consultative guidance and support to the Senior Human Resources Business Partners (SHRBPs) and the University community in applying compensation management principles, guidelines, procedures, and best practices.
