Position Summary
The primary role of Clinical Coordinator III-(RN III) is to work collaboratively with the Heart Failure and Transplant team. The RN serves as the post-transplant clinical coordinator.
The ideal candidate will bring a positive and caring attitude, excellent communication skills, clinical expertise, and have previous experience in a fast-paced practice or hospital setting.
