Position Summary
The Clinical Coordinator III - Nurse Practitioner will function in the outpatient setting of the Kidney/Pancreas Transplant Program in collaboration with the Kidney/Pancreas Transplant multidisciplinary team to care for and manage post-transplant kidney and pancreas recipients, post-operative kidney living donors, and patients who underwent surgical or invasive procedures by the Kidney/Pancreas transplant surgeons. The position will hold a combination of 3-5 half day outpatient office or telehealth sessions per week, with patient care provided at the CUIMC main campus as well as outreach locations across the tri-state area.
