Position Summary
The Department of Neurological Surgery is seeking to recruit an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide clinical care and clinical research working under the supervision of the attending physician. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for evaluation and management of patients with neurological conditions which may require neurosurgery. This includes but not limited to patients with adult spine deformities, adult spinal tumors, adult herniated discs, adult spinal cysts, adult scoliosis.

Minimum Qualifications
Requires Master's degree plus minimum of 4 years of nursing experience in addition to a current New York State NP and RN license.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in neurosurgery, neurology, critical care, or emergency department care preferred.
