Position Summary
Reporting to the Director, Career Education and Advising Strategy, within the School’s Career Management Center (CMC), the Associate Director will provide one-on-one career coaching and manage a school-wide career education programs, including overseeing the CMC Fellow Peer-Advisory Program. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities and implementing operational improvements to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of career education initiatives across CMC. The Associate Director collaborates with other CMC team members to evaluate and enhance job search content and career management related resources, supporting comprehensive and impactful advising services for a diverse student population.
