Position Summary
Reporting to the Associate Dean Development and Alumni Relations, at Columbia's Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation (GSAPP), the Assistant Director, Annual Fund oversees GSAPP's annual giving program and manages annual fund stewardship activities. The Assistant Director is also responsible for management of a Leadership Annual Fund portfolio.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
Manage GSAPP’s Giving Day activity in strategic coordination with the annual fund strategy. (10%)
Manage stewardship activities for all annual fund donors. Maintain a consistent schedule of donor acknowledgment letters and other outreach. Develop and implement new strategies for stewarding our annual fund donor population. (10%)
Develop and steward various giving circles with the Associate Dean, including the Avery Leaders program. (5%)
