Position Summary
This position reports to the Administrative Director of the educational programs in the Department of Neurology. The position provides administrative support to the Neurology Educational Programs which includes residency programs, fellowships, and clerkship.
Responsibilities
Resident Education Conferences:
Amion Maintenance
Updating the following: Anesthesia rotators on stroke, ED rotators in NICU , Psychiatry rotators on consult, and GenNeu . Neurology prelims rotating on Neurology. PAs in NICU, PAs on JNF, Resident Swap/Paternity Leave/Medical Leave Etc. Rotator Introduction Emails: To All Rotators when they join the service
Resident Electives/Medical Student Outpatient Rotations: Working with PDs, Chief Resident, Division Resident/Student Education Director to create outpatient resident elective schedules and outpatient schedules for medical students. Send out reminders to the residents and faculty about this schedule.
Assist Director of Education and Administrative Team with ad hoc projects, audits, recruitment, and other duties as assigned.
