Position Summary
The incumbent will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Vice Chairs in the Department of Radiology.
Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience, plus two years of related experience.
Other Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential information with exceptional independence, judgment and discretion.
Must have the ability to work under minimal supervision.
Demonstrated ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks/assignments, and work with diplomacy and efficiency, outstanding organizational ability, as well as the ability to manage deadlines and follow through on assignments/projects.
Must be detail oriented with excellent work processing skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and follow through on the completion of projects.
Medical academic experience preferred. Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint graphics.
