Position Summary
The Department of Health Policy and Management seeks an Administrative Coordinator - Payroll, Part-Time - The incumbent reports to the Manager of Human Resources and Payroll supporting deadline driven administrative transactions related to payroll and HR functions. The Administrative Coordinator will interact directly with faculty, staff, students and visitors as necessary and will be expected to maintain confidentiality and use of professional discretion with sensitive matters.
“In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $36,750 - $38,220. The Mailman School of Public Health, Columbia University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.”
