The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
 

Position Summary

The Academic Affairs and OCP Coordinator will be reporting to the Director of Academic Affairs.


Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the Vice Chair of Faculty Affairs.
  • Manage the calendar, including scheduling of calls and meetings via Zoom and/or in person.
  • Will work closely with the Director of Academic Affairs to ensure timely processing of senior promotions and other related transactions.
  • Responsible for gathering and preparing required materials for senior faculty promotions.
  • Send follow-up emails to faculty to ensure department receives letters of support for promotion.
  • Create and compile meeting materials, agenda and PowerPoint presentations as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Office of Clinical Psychology.
  • Responsible for ensuring externs and postdoctoral clinical fellows complete the required documentation and receive appropriate approval prior to beginning their training experience.
  • Process expenses for reimbursement via Concur.
  • Maintain contact list for all psychologist in the department.
  • Send out email reminders and coordinate department wide meetings hosted by OCP.
  • Track and maintain up-to-date records to ensure Continuing Education compliance for psychologists.
  • Coordinate survey’s and ensure issuance of certificates.
  • Other duties as assigned/required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience required; 3 years related experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with faculty promotions


Other Requirements

  • Must successfully complete all online systems training requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, MS Teams, and Zoom.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills; ability to prioritize assignments and follow up.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks at once and work with various offices.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment to execute complex tasks under demanding deadlines.
  • Able to preserve confidential information.
